Lobster Hand Roll Recipe – the Popular Dish of Sugarfish | 4 Easy Steps

The lobster hand roll is a perfect combination of rice, vegetables, and Lobster which is associated with a delicious and fancy dinner in a fine restaurant. The lobster hand roll is a popular dish of Sugarfish. It’s the easiest and tastiest dish, making processes easy, and it’s a dish that can be made easily at home.

Ingredients

  1. One Lobster around 1-2 KG (Cooked)
  2. 10-12 toasted nori sheets
  3. 300-400 Gram short rinsed sushi rice
  4. Soy Sauce, seaweed salad, and wasabi paste for serve

Making Process

  1. Put the rinsed rice into the rice cooker and cook it as per the rice package instructions.
  2. Cut out the shell of the lobster and take out the meat. Cut the meat into bite pieces.
  3. Take the nori sheet then put the hot rice into it. Add the seaweed salad and soy sauce. Now add the cooked lobster and roll it carefully.
  4. Cut it into bite pieces.
  5. Serve it with wasabi paste

Note: You may skip the seaweed salad into this lobster handroll sushi. Lobster and rice is the main ingredients in this recipe.
