Ingredients
- One Lobster around 1-2 KG (Cooked)
- 10-12 toasted nori sheets
- 300-400 Gram short rinsed sushi rice
- Soy Sauce, seaweed salad, and wasabi paste for serve
Making Process
- Put the rinsed rice into the rice cooker and cook it as per the rice package instructions.
- Cut out the shell of the lobster and take out the meat. Cut the meat into bite pieces.
- Take the nori sheet then put the hot rice into it. Add the seaweed salad and soy sauce. Now add the cooked lobster and roll it carefully.
- Cut it into bite pieces.
- Serve it with wasabi paste
Note: You may skip the seaweed salad into this lobster handroll sushi. Lobster and rice is the main ingredients in this recipe.
